SelenaCore Update: Local Translation System and High-Performance UI Optimization

We are thrilled to announce a significant leap in making SelenaCore more accessible to users worldwide. We have implemented a robust translation architecture that allows the system's core logic to operate in English for maximum AI efficiency while communicating with you in your preferred language, starting with English and Ukrainian support f5156ee. To ensure this works entirely offline and respects your privacy, we migrated to Argos Translate and added a dedicated Model Catalog UI. This interface allows you to easily browse, download, and manage translation models directly from your dashboard 55848c0.

Beyond language, we have focused on hardware performance for our community using low-power devices. We optimized the installation process for DietPi users and updated our kiosk mode to prefer the lightweight Cog (WPE WebKit) browser over the resource-heavy Chromium 065a7fa. We even added CSS fallbacks for older renderers to ensure the UI remains beautiful even without high-end graphics acceleration. These updates ensure that SelenaCore remains fast, private, and truly global, regardless of your hardware choice.
