SelenaCore Update: Strengthening Governance and Global Documentation Refresh

As SelenaCore continues to evolve, we are taking significant steps to professionalize our ecosystem and clarify our project's direction. In our latest update, we have focused on strengthening the project's governance and legal foundation. We are proud to announce the formal addition of a project LICENSE (3ee133c) and a comprehensive Code of Conduct (cb01e16), available in both English and Ukrainian. This ensures a safe, transparent, and respectful environment for all contributors and users.

Furthermore, we have performed a global rework of our documentation and repository metadata (0349a71). This includes a refreshed README and detailed architecture diagrams to help new users and investors better understand how SelenaCore functions. To better align with our core mission, we have also streamlined our localization by purging Russian content, focusing exclusively on English and Ukrainian support (8a0cba6). Finally, we have cleaned up our external references by removing 'Buy Me a Coffee' links to maintain a professional project appearance. These changes mark a new chapter in SelenaCore's maturity as a leading open-source frontend solution.
