SelenaCore Update: Improved Installer Reliability for Ubuntu 20.04 Environments

Hello everyone! I am pleased to share a vital update regarding the SelenaCore installation ecosystem. As our project matures, we remain committed to ensuring that SelenaCore stays accessible and easy to deploy across a wide range of hardware and software environments, including those that may not be running the very latest operating system versions.

In our latest technical refinement, we have specifically targeted the installation process for users running Ubuntu 20.04 (Focal Fossa). As certain external software packages and repositories reach their 'End of Life' (EOL), standard installation scripts can often encounter errors that halt the setup process entirely. To prevent these interruptions, we have implemented 'graceful EOL skips' within our installer logic.

This update means that the SelenaCore setup wizard now intelligently identifies components that are no longer available or necessary for older Ubuntu versions. Instead of crashing or requiring manual intervention, the system bypasses these hurdles to ensure a 'clean install' every time. For our users and investors, this translates to higher system reliability and lower technical barriers to entry. Whether you are using a modern server or repurposing older hardware, SelenaCore is designed to work out of the box.

This fix was introduced in commit 6fb18a0. You can find more details on how to prepare your environment in our official documentation. We continue to polish the foundation of SelenaCore to ensure it remains the most stable and user-friendly AI interface available.
